We’re looking for a superstar Partnership Manager to join our growing team.

ABOUT YOU
You have spent at least three years working for a platform, a digital network, an agency or media company in marketing or sales.
You are a self starter who has amazing relationships in the games, tech or entertainment sectors and the ability to develop and build new ones.
And you love YouTube, watch a lot of Twitch, keep on track on TikTok memes and have a passion for videogames, tech and entertainment.
THE ROLE
You will be forging new relationships and delivering inspiring pitches to grow the Fourth Floor client base.
You will be working closely with an established list of clients, helping to set up and manage bespoke campaigns and projects all over the globe.
You will be liaising regularly with the creative, production, delivery and commerce teams to pitch and manage campaigns and projects that work with influential and high-profile collaborators – from YouTubers and streamers to celebrity talent.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Ensure exceptional value for clients, creators and audiences across all activities.
- Develop and grow the existing client base.
- Be the main point of contact for clients assigned to you, including day-to-day liaison.
- Develop and maintain productive client and agency relationships ensuring a high level of customer service and focus at all times.
- Create internal briefs and ensure all internal teams have the information and materials needed to pitch and deliver a successful campaign.
- Ensure all campaigns and activities with clients are to the highest standard and include specific success metrics.
- Ensure clients receive timely communication, including insight and reports and are kept up-to-date with company and industry information.
- Understand best practices and all legal and regulatory guidance on influencer marketing.
REQUIREMENTS
- 3+ years experience managing accounts in entertainment sales, marketing, MCN, or digital talent management space.
- Good contacts in the videogame industry, ideally from a marketing/comms perspective
- Thorough understanding of the creator/brand/social ecosystem.
- Knowledge of digital landscape and audience development.
- A passion for video games and geek culture.
